Col. Philip Blair, M.D. (U.S. Army retired) is a family physician providing disease management for small-business employees in several states. He graduated from West Point in 1972, attended the University of Miami School of Medicine and trained as an Army Family Physician. Since 2011, his company, Pro Health Advisor, has provided innovative disease management by telemedicine to clients in all 50 states.

Native of Morroco’s historic hemp farming region, he defends the interests of his tribe since 1999, first through the “Association of Development of the High Central Rif” and since 2014 through the “Confederation of Associations of Senhaja of the Rif for Development” that he presides. Beginning 2017 he co-founded the Cooperative ADRAR NOUH that consist of national and international members. Being Morocco actually one of the worlds main, so called “illicit”, Cannabis producers, he represents the interests of the farmers though the first and second global forums of farmers of prohibited plants, organized by TNI and held in Barcelona (2009) and Heemskerk (2016), defending their matters also in sessions of UNODC in Vienna or UNGASS in NY. His efforts, in partnership with national experts and governors as well as international collaborators, are focused on alternative development and training programs and transformation of the Cannabis plant in legal products.

MODERN BUILDING WITH HEMP CONCRETE - A SCIENTIFIC APPROACH
As an architect and researcher of German origin, she is involved in hempbuilding projects since 1995 and specialized in green-building, restoration and retrofit of vernacular architecture. She created CANNABRIC, a Spanish company were she manufactures own designed, premade hempbuilding materials for load bearing applications, used in several hundreds of buildings in Spain since 1999. She holds a master's degree in Sciences and Technologies of restoration and is PhD student in the faculty of "History and Arts" of University of Granada. As a co-author of several scientific studies on hemp-concretes she collaborates on an international level in the development of plant based building materials (e.g. PNEEB-Typha, Senegal). Recent years she participates in a project for alternative socioeconomic development in Morocco’s historic hemp farming region, where she co-founded and presides the Cooperative ADRAR NOUH (2017), that aims to make use of the agricultural waste of an ancestral hemp variety for construction and innovative Technologies.
